About Us

We are a social enterprise called Cultivating Community that runs Victoria Park Community Cafe.

As social enterprise we focus on a business model that combines the commercial goals of a for-profit company with the social or environmental goals of a non-profit organisation.

The main purpose of our social enterprise is to connect people with nature to reduce the health and well being affects of loneliness and isolation.

We are run by a Board of Directors and are funding through a combination of grants and trading income.

SUPPORT OUR MISSION

We are reaching out to ask for your support in our mission to provide education and support for the more isolated members pf our community.

We are currently in need of funding to support our programs such as

  • sponsoring a day of work experience for someone who needs support into employment

  • Pay forward a coffee or a meal for someone in our community

  • Support the cost as we develop some programmes in the park this year.

Your donation will make a real difference in the lives of these children, and it will help us to continue our work. Every dollar donated will go directly to support our programs and make a positive impact in the community.
